POLICY & PROCEEDURES 


All bookings are tentative requests only and must be confirmed by email personally by our administrator AND full amount paid in order to be finalized.

  1. COMBO PROGRAMS

    Combo programs are done in sequence by one teammate unless you request additional teammates. The teammates may adjust the time spent on each service depending on number of children and what materials are left.

  2. FACE PAINTING

    We request a spot at a table and two chairs, but we'll also work with our settings and make a park bench work or whatever you have.

  3. SAFETY

    Impossibubble cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries occurred during the activity such as slips and falls. If your bubble party is held inside on flat laminate,vinyl,wood, or on concrete floors; a drop cloth may be provided by us. A drop cloth is not required for grass or asphalt and will not be provided.

  4. OUTDOOR BUBBLE PLAY

    The outdoor bubble play does not include a show. It does NOT include full body bubbles. The teammate sets up bubble play stations for the kids, demonstrates how to make bubbles, and makes bubbles with them. For combo programs, the teammate sets up the bubble station and interacts with them for the first service period, then leaves the bubble station out and moves on to the next service. They might start the other services earlier if they judge the work might take longer.

  5. OUTDOOR BUBBLE PLAY AREA

    We recommend the outdoor bubble play be done in a grassy area due to slippery surfaces when the ground is wet from our bubble solution. Drop cloths can be provided by us to ensure the safety of your guests upon request.

  6. APPOINTMENT DETAILS

    Please Provide these details if available and applicable. You may send these in an email or text also.

    1. Head count of participating individuals
    2. Special instructions ( Vaccine Requirements, ect. )
    3. Parking Fees Associated With Event Location
    4. Kid age range
    5. Party theme
    6. Birthday Kid Name

  7. PARKING FEE'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR EVENT LOCATION

    We ask that you are aware of any parking fee's associated with your event location and that you are willing to pay for your performers entrance into park or said location. Our performers carry multiple heavy items from their vehicle to event spot/location. If you are able to save a close parking spot in relation to the event location your performer would greatly appreciate that.

  8. ADDING ADDITIONAL TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

    In the event that you would like your performer to stay another 30min-1hr, please contact our office for a payment link or updated invoice. Your tip may go to your performer however you/they prefer. Payment for services MUST go through Impossibubble ONLY. Ask your performer for more info.

  9. SAFETY

    We provide an entertainment service. You are responsible for the safety of your child and the children attending our performance. We may ask you to help enforce any safety concerns or rules that need followed. Please be present during our performance.

  10. PHOTO & VIDEO PERMISSION

    Your performer will ask your permission to take photo and/or video before doing so.
    We completely understand if you decline. This is for our website, portfolio and marketing purposes ONLY.
    Please be very clear to our staff & performer if you are uncomfortable with this .

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us to do so.
Your refund will include 50% or half of what your previously paid amount was. No exceptions.

12. LAST MIN BOOKING FEE

Appointments booked less than 7 days in advance are subject to last minute booking fees of $100
